We are happy to introduce to you our new head chef: Melvin Zandsteeg!
Melvin is a talented chef born in Lunteren. With his passion for cooking, he has worked at several renowned restaurants in recent years, including De Lunterse Boer, De Basiliek in Harderwijk and De Hoefslag in Bosch en Duin, where he has honed his culinary skills and experienced Michelin stars!
With his completed training at the Cas Spijkers Academy and his penchant for working with fresh Dutch produce, combined with a touch of Asian influences, Melvin brings a unique culinary touch to our kitchen. His creativity and passion for the craft are reflected in the flavorful and refined dishes he lovingly prepares.
